The Den Site

Rain nodded, "Great." She turned quickly and continued rummaging through the herbs. Once again Rain turned and sneezed, her ear flopping to the side. finally she found all she was looking for. Rain smiled and on a large leaf she had found, she chewed it into a poultice. Rain slid over to Riley, "That goes on your wounds and these..." she takes out a few seeds, "Are to help reduce the pain and swelling. We want to be sure." She placed the seeds on another leaf, "Eat these, and I'll help you with you wounds." In no time Rain had placed the poultice on Riley's wounds. "And so you aren't constantly having to get more poultice, we will wrap it up in leaves." Rain did just that, she smiled at Riley, "You'll be better in no time."

Riley smiled "Thanks Rain." she nibbled on the seeds like a mouse.

Rain nods, "I'll be right outside." She pads out and looks at the cave. On the sides were small ledges. Without notice Rain starts hopping from one to another until she reaches the largest one. She sits down, usually liking this spot to adress the wolves. She smiles and lies down on it. Being so small and the ledge large, lying down she disappeared form sight. Yet she could still see and she wasn't trying to hide. Rain peered over the edge and smiled.

Riley stands up and pads out of the den.

Rain yawns loudly and looks around, her eyes droopy and bored.

Night races into the area and scrambles up the rocks, reaching the top and finally turning around to see how far behind Lightning was.

Lightning laughed and raced up behind her, only to got skidding to a halt, feeling the skin on his pads wearing off as he skidded to a halt before he hit her.

Night yelped as she over-balanced and fell off the edge, hitting the ground with a thud. She gave a grunt as she staggered to her feet and leant against the rocks. "Thanks" she joked to Lightning

"Sorry" He chuckled, and bounded over to her.

She laughs. "It's ok. Where are Riley and Rain?" she asked half talking to herself.

Riley smiled she emerged from the shadows, her eyes twinkled. She smiled "Hey Night, hey Lightning." she flickered her tail and shook her pelt.

Rain jumped down her thinking and resting done. She padded out into the bright light.

She smiled seeing the two females. "Hi Riley, hi Rain." she barked and dipped her head in respect.

Rain sat down and smiled at Night, "Hello Night!" She smiled happily and walked over sitting down by their side.

Riley smiled, and unsheathed her claws, exposing the strange shape

Lightning smiled and dipped his head respectfully to the two females, and took a seat on the opposite side of Night "Hey Guys. Whats up for today?" He asked.

Riley pulled her claws back, "I'm not sure." she looked over to Rain, she fluffed her pelt and lied down.

Rain's ear flopped to the side as she thought. "Well spring is almost here, so we have to remark the territory. I was thinking two and two would be great, but with four. We could hunt and patrol. What do you all think?" Rain always made sure to include everyone's opinion. From omega to alpha. It didn't matter they were included and their opinions mattered to her. Who knew maybe they would have a better idea than her! It could have been better and safer. There were many reasons why Rain took her pack into account even when she didn't have to but she wanted to and enjoyed doing so, so she did.

Lightning nodded "If we split up it would be quicker and we could meet up half way. If we traveled in a group of four it would take a bit longer but it would be safer..." He said, half to himself half to the others.

"I think the wisest choice would to hunt later and travel in pairs."

Rain nodded hearing them all, "Alright so it seems everyone agrees to go in pairs and hunt later. All agreed?"

Night nodded. "Sounds like a good plan to me."

Riley nods

Night shrugs, "I don't mind. I'm cool with anyone."
